Your console

Your console is your own Prio business account on heyprio.com, once Prio links it to your partnership. A partner has one console. It is a business account, and it is not one of your customers.

Your team

Signed in as the business, ask the assistant to invite a person as an admin. They join on a card in their own chat, and at their next sign-in they reach the business through their account switcher, where they see the same console.

The four tabs

Users: your customers, under In review, Setting up, Approved, Rejected and Suspended.

Payments: Failed, In progress, Awaiting payment and Paid, over the last 90 days. Its glance shows the last 30 days' totals, one per currency.

Keys: the key's first characters, your allowed sites (up to 20), your webhook address and secret, and recent deliveries.

Rewards: your earnings for the last three months and for all time.

The board shows your customers and payments at a glance, and three shortcuts sit above the message box: Customers, Payments and New key.

Keys and secrets

A new key or webhook secret is shown once: until you copy it and leave the Keys tab, reload the page or sign out. Replacing one stops the old one at once; there is no overlap.

The console allows at most 5 key replacements and 10 settings changes an hour. Past that it answers 429.
