Earnings and payouts
You earn on the invoices your customers are paid, with no tiers and no sign-up: earnings start once Prio links your console.
What you earn
$1 on every invoice one of your customers is paid, as the payee, at any amount.
$0.50 on every invoice of $200 or more paid to someone one of your customers referred to Prio, when that person is no partner's customer.
An invoice your customer pays to someone else earns the $1 only when that payee is also one of your customers.
You earn nothing on an invoice where your own console account is the payer or the payee. Each invoice earns once. A referred person who sponsors an organization earns you nothing.
When you are paid
Earnings are paid into your linked Prio business account on the 1st of each month, once your balance reaches $5. Below that, the balance rolls over to the next month.
The linked account must itself be approved, with a bank set up to be paid. Until then your earnings build up and roll over. A partner Prio has switched off earns nothing.
What can cancel or reduce an earning
A chargeback or a returned payment cancels an earning not yet paid, and winning the dispute does not restore it. A return after the earning is paid is reviewed by Prio.
Where fraud against one of your customers costs Prio money, Prio may deduct that loss from your earnings; email [email protected] to question a deduction.
Changes
Prio may change any part of its rewards programs with 30 days' notice.
Statements
Prio sends you a yearly statement of your earnings. Your console's Rewards tab shows your earnings for the last three months and for all time.
